CIC PR application returned

Hi plz i need a reply
I sent my application to cic after i recieve the letter of approval from manitoba but it was returned to me dye to lack of document but the problem is my approval letter was expired so i sent to mantioba and they make an extension 3 months but i don't know if i have to fill anew application with a new pictures and new fingerprint or what please answer

Hell Mariann,
Mine was returned too, to make sure you have new and updated forms, I would suggest that you fill out new forms, some forms are updated from the website.

Then before submitting, check 100000x. Your pictures should be ok if they are taken within 6 mos.

Hi Althea,

It's nice to see you on this thread. Regarding your question, I think it's a case to case basis. IF you'll check the CIC cite, it states that only NOC C and D are required to re-take the IELTS once it expires during the process. I believe that if you fall to category 0-B you're no longer required to re-take the exam as long as you've already submitted the required docs during the PNP process or CIC requested it themselves. I myself didn't retake the IELTS. It already expired last Dec15 and I receive my LOA last January16. I passed my docs last Feb16 and received my AOR/UCI last March16. Now I'm waiting for MR.

No dear, they returned back my Paper Application due to IELTS expiry. Althhough, my NOC is B level.
 
i wish i saw this thread earlier. i was in the same situation when CIC returned my application due to a missing form. all i did was fill the missing form and reattached to returned package then couriered it back to CIC. I did not reapply for an MPNP LOA extension. just sent the forms back as they were with the missing form in the package. a few weeks later i got AOR. pls if a form is missing just fill it up and send it right back to CIC...unless they specifically request for you to do an extension of your LOA before you can go through the hassels...this is for any persons who may have such an issue in future. ;D

Dear All (Please Don Not Ignore)
I have submitted my documents to cic on june 15, 2016 after being nominated by Manitoba province ...Today I received my documents back due to "background declaration form missing for my spouse"
They have send back my documents on 01.09.2016 and I received it today ie 2.11.2016
The problem is that my Provincial nomination certificate has been expire on 20.06.2016.
Is it possible to extend date of my nomination certificate and if yes then how can I apply for it???

CONTACT PNP OFFICE AND ASK FOR EXTENSION.

hi
same here ,my app is also returned ,contact your sponsor first and ask to contact MPNP office. and get the further direction from them and i think they do not decline extension request .thats what i did in my case.
 
NOTE: your PNP office will give you another 3 month extension so within that period u must hurry to submit your application
