This is with regarding my spouse open work permit application submitted to Immigration Canada through online services on October 6th, 2012. We have submitted an additional document today, on 14-Dec-2012, as requested by officer and clicked on 'Transmit' button at the last step.
I was informed that once the document is transmitted, I will be receiving a confirmation notification for the same.
Though the status of the document uploaded is showing as "Provided" and no other buttons except 'Exit' are available, I didn't receive any message/notification confirming the transmission.
I think, I did everything correct... but didn't receive any confirmation.
Can anyone suggest anything on this ? Much thanks in advance.
