CIC giving wrong PGWP

I called da CIC call centre and put a note to da visa processing office through da call centre agent and then got my 3 years work permit in april 2016 i.e. 3 months after applying for reconsideration through da cic call centre.

The CIC call cemter told me the same thing. What should I do？ just waiting?

Thank God they did. But did they give any reason as to why they gave you one year only initially. please answer I am currently trying to take this part. I got admission for a one year postgraduate certificate and would apply for another one when I finish studying the first. I also have my eyes in a 3 yr pgwp
