Hi All,

I need to send two documents. The two PDFS are of 88 KB and 378 KB. So its less than .5 MB. Can I send two PDFs. If I remember correctly, I read somewhere in the forum that you need club all your docs and send as only one pdf? I dont want to merge my documents. Please suggest if someone has mailed multiple docs in a single mail?

Yes you can send the two PDFs separately without clubbing them. I don't think there is any post which mentions about merging documents while sending them.

You have to send in one file. all the paper scan in one file and then send it.

Do you know how to reduce the size of my pdf document which is aroung 2.5MB??

Depends on the file and how you created the PDF. My personal choice is always to rescan the file at lower settings...which is what I did for myself...went from 3MB to 350KB. But if you dont have the option, then try one of the compression tools InfoSeeker sent.

Thanks feb07 for finding out the quote. The question here is can we send mutiple documents in a single mail? Size is out of question here. Anybody with prior experience of sending multiple files in a single mail and got a confirmation that the files have been uploaded successfully?

Lower the settings on scanner....such as DPI and shading (neutral or 0). Worked for me. Try that and if it doesnt work, then go with compression tools.
