I raised CSE few days ago to provide my E-Medical certificate (As it was not uploaded with initial application).
Today i got Reply from CIC (Below message)
Dear Vishwaprakash Sahoo,
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We can confirm the reception of the documents.
If further information is needed, a request may be sent by the responsible office.
Please visit the online Help Centre or our website for further information. You can search by typing keywords.

Does this mean, E-Medical is received by CIC. I dont see any updates on my application !!
Please help, if you know anything in this matter.
