CIC Contant number (call from outside Canada)

Hello,

does anyone know the contact number to call CIC from outside Canada?

the call center number provide on CIC website 1-888-242-2100 cannot be reached from oversea.

As far as I know you can't call them from outside Canada. Use the case specific inquiry form. It is much more reliable than the call centre although it can take several days for them to respond to you and they tend to not respond to what one might consider a stupid question (I'm telling you from personal experience).
