CIC call centre - can't find your application. Has anyone experienced this?

Hey all,

I've been trying to call CIC call centre to verify my application status, however, in the past couple of days once I call, put my application number, etc. the system says it can't find my application/don't have records. Do you guys experienced it? Just wondering what's happening there.

I know they updated system (some maintenance was done) but it was a few days ago.... So not sure if it's still in effect. Thanks!

yes , it's happening to everybody, not just yourself . don't worry about it .

They did an update to the online interface, and ever since then (yesterday morning) I am getting the same "can not find your application" message.
