Is it that second time medicals means close to PPR? My profile is not changed for past 9 months nd suddenly they asked to redo medicals as they were expired. Any idea?

I have seen many who received PPR without any change to their profile.

Asked for Schedule A of me and my Wife - Nov 19

I received my re-medical instruction letter as my medical was going to expire in Oct-2021 and they returned my passport back without visa (PR spousal sponsorship application). I am just wondering after the re-medical done any idea how much it will take to get the passport request letter.
