CIC Application sent without FBI and/or PCC.

Yeah thats over 7 months.

Yea, 30 weeks is almost more then 6 months...
May be its a generic answer to everyone who asks questions in interim. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed and hope this 30 weeks may not true and waiting for other folks timelines..

I sent my application with NO FBI PCC. It reached CIC Buffalo today.
I will wait to send FBI PCC (after I will receive it from FBI in future) until I hear from CIC.

Application sent date: March-15th-2010.
FBI results sent with application : No
State PCC sent with application: No
Check Encashed Date: I didn't check. I will go to Post Office this weekend to check.
AOR Date: Not received.
Did you send or plan to send FBI/PCC to CIC later on: If CIC asks.

Further correspondence/actions from CIC (if any): No.
CIC Returned my application first regarding over payment ($550*2 US Dollars Money Order). Then I sent again with ($1000+$20 US Dollars Money Order) on March -15th. I sent email regarding FBI, they said they don't entertain such questions. Till now I didn't apply for FBI or PCC.

Yes i did as my home country PCC was about to expire and would submit the FBI report later.

I got my FBI report yesterday. I had sent the FBI request in last week of Jan. Today I sent my CIC application. Good luck to all.

So we have to wait until consulate sends us confirmation letter. What if we don't get response within the 3 months period, in that case our existing clearance will expire and we will have to reapply for FBI clearance.
I send my application last week as my home country pcc was expiring and now today i have received FBI clearance. I am not sure if I will get AOR before 3 months.
Any comments?

According to CIC, the certificate must have been issued no more than three months before you submit your application (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/inFORMation/security/police-cert/intro.asp). The day you submit your application is the day your application package arrives at CIC. So if your application was sent to Buffalo last week, your PCCs must have been issued after the end of December 2009 and the FBI certificate you received today will still be valid.
