is the aors emails have french writtens in it also? i means to say whens theys sends the aors emails, does the emails alsos haves french transaltions of the englishs parts?

I think that's because that was the language you chose on the application. They are supposed to communicate with you in the language you picked.

I also applied for citizenship and have some questions if you dont mind.

I mailed my application on Dec 7, 2017 and it was delivered on Dec 11, 2017 according to UPS tracking. Until now (Jan 28, 2018), I have not received any correspondence yet and the online status says that it was not yet received nor started processing.

Based on some people's timeline, it appears that mine is taking longer or might have some issues. Now I know that processing is different per person but I was wondering why until now no confirmation yet that they received my package. Is this within normal?

Btw, what is AOR email?

AOR is acknowledgement of receipt, which when sent means IRCC received your application and performed very basic completion checks like no missing documents, all questions answered (whether correctly or incorrectly will be determined later after processing begins).
