Dear Experts,
I am stuck in the weirdest of positions in my application.
1. I received my AINP nomination letter in March 2012.
2. A complete CIC application (except UAE PCC) was sent to CIO office in May 2012. (Received at the CIO on 30th May 2012, DHL courier records)
3. In July 2012 I received my PCC from United Arab Emirates Police department, which I couriered to CIO. (Received at the CIO office on 9th July 2012 as per DHL courier records).
4. Now, the document sent out in July 2012 to CIO was returned back to me with a covering letter on August 14th.
The letter from CIO says the original file was returned back to me on 18th June 2012. But in reality I have not received any such returned mail from CIO so far. The file contained the original PCC certificates from India and a Demand Draft for CAD 1250.
Now that i dont have the original returned file, i cant even rectify the mistake that would have happened earlier. Plus my AINP nomination is about to expire on 15th September 2012.
Any idea on how i should take this ahead and sort this out would be of great help, since i havent been able to even sleep after seeing this letter.
