I have a query if someone can help me out, it will be amazing.

My AOR is 11th May and received Medical pass on June 21st. On 27th July I was checking my profile and saw application update, there was no update and I did not receive an email. I thought I will receive my PPR email soon and then to confirm I called CIC on 5th August. I had a talk with an agent, he said your file was transferred to Vancouver office as they had to do verification regarding your work but the Vancouver office was very fast and your PR is approved. You will be receiving an email in a week or two.
I did not receive the email, therefore, called CIC again and this time they said we cannot tell you anything as your end date is 11th November. I told her everything that the previous agent told me that PR is approved and I will be receiving an email. She said that was wrong on his part to do that and I apologize as we don't know when the email will be sent and then she said we don't have any news for you that's why you have not received any email.

I am not sure what's going on.

I am not sure what's going on.

the update you received was a ghost update so something positive happened on your file. The first agent may be right about the approval. The PPR email takes some time to come from the system.
Second agent may not be operative..
now, Call CIC again and ask the following questions individually
is your eligibility passed?
is your criminality is passed?
is your security is in process or passed?
what is your VO? is it really Vancouver.

if your eligibility, criminality and security is passed then definitely the first agent was right.

you can get every type of agents. I Think I have spoken to like 25 to 30 agents so far.. only 2 were co operative. the rest were rude AF

yes so rude.. you really need to twist around questions to keep them speaking.. only lucky ones get good agents

no they are different.. review required needs more investigation. recommended pass is that everything was fine and your eligibility is passed

My friend had same thing since feb 2018... she got last month ppr.... so the case was her HR changed and nobody confirmed when they called for job verification,..... she called so many times nothing happened... then lastly she sent CSE to find out what’s taking so long ... they said we are working ,, then because she knew that could be the reason her file is flagged ... she sent new job letter and in 2 weeks she got ppr.... your file is flagged for some reason if its more than 6-7 months ,,,, try to find out what’s wrong

yes I know.. I have sent everything earlier .. just got re meds.. so whatever it was.. should be resolved in a month time.. that's what I anticipate.
