CiC adding additional 4 months to processing times

The processing slows down for a few specific visa offices twice in a year, first during May-August as that is when the student visas are processed. Then the processing slows down in December due to Christmas. But it does not make much of a difference.

@legalfalcon, thank you.. April May & June applicants are all still waiting. Ive been told by 2 agents and on this forum that they need additional 3-4 months to process our apps. Im not in SS and everything has passed but Security not started.. and NA for 2 months ( like many others) any ideas why this would be from your experience/knowledge?
