so my sis got an email about an update in her cic acct n her points have changed from 418 to 443 but her 2 yrs of cec work experience completes end of may though so she is not sure how the points already went up :s 13 extra points for another year of cec exp n another 12 points under CRS section

Hi,
the system calculates months only (which is wrong), that's why the points for 2yrs went up now.

so should we leave it like that? or it needs to be changed if its wrong since cic im assuming sends ITA based on out points in the cic acct

Leave it like that. Score won't drop down to that level in near future. Nothing to worry about. Have you considered PNP from provinces?
