Chosing between two Language test results

Hello,

My friend has 12/12 in speaking, writing and reading in CELPIP in his recent result. But, only 9/12 in listening. In the exam he gave before this one, he got 12/12 in listening. Is it possible to mix these two results? He needs expert advise on this. Please guide. Thank you!
 
No. You gotta give one test result as you need to supply them with confirmation number.
 
Can we still use the Test Results 1 for EE, if Test Results 2 scores are lesser than that of Test Result 1 OR it is mandatory to give only the latest Test Results i.e. Test Results 2?

You can use either results - but you cannot mix the results of two tests together.
