I am filling for the Canadian PR. I may have to leave back to India within this year and am afraid that the PR process may not be over by then. What is the solution for that.
I understand that if I choose my representative and he is in US that it should be fine. Although I am not sure. Please suggest.
Or can I choose my representative (lawyer) later in the situation when I have to leave.

I don't recommend choosing lawyer for PR process. You need update the CIC if you moved to India in the middle of the process. CIC may transfer your file to New Delhi visa office.

Representative - Waste of Time & Money. Unnecessary Headache.
