Choosing "Provinces and territories of interest"

I am confused about whether I should tick "All Provinces and Territories" or tick all of the provinces one by one in addition to "All Provinces and Territories"? If I can tick all, then why there is an option for all provinces? There must be a reason for this.

Since I don't want to miss a potential PNP, I prefer to be accessible by all provinces and I ticked all of them in addition to the last option which is "All provinces". Am I correct?

I guess that the tick all provinces option is just there so that you don't have to tick each box one by one.
There's no real reason for it, doesn't really save much time.
By ticking all boxes as you said you have I'm sure you have covered everything.

You can. Probably you are only eligible for a couple based on your NOC and whether you have a job offer.
