Hello .. i have a question about education fees for kids of those on study visa .. what are the average school fees per child per year ?? which provinces are the cheapest ?? And is there any chance to get kids free education ??

another question is : do the same rules apply for work visa ?? And how long do i have to work before applying for PR ??

Children of international students or foreign workers can attend public primary and secondary schools at no cost. To move on to college or university they need a study permit and to pay international fees like anyone else.

If you graduate from a DLI and meet the requirements for a PGWP it typically takes one to two years of skilled work experience to qualify for PR.

Which lawyer? Children of international students or foreign workers, like any other children living in Canada, can attend public primary and secondary schools for free. You would need to provide proof you live in the school district and perhaps the records from their old school. Most major school districts have offices to help with international arrivals.

A DLI is a designated learning institution that is allowed to accept international students.
