Childern traveling with Dad only already hold PR.

dear all

I am a PR holder since last Nov 2014 and live in Dubai. Unfortunately. due to domestic issues me and my wife are not getting along well and have decided mutually that my 2 kids will stay with me and will travel to Canada. We all hold PR.

My question: Do I need to get a consent from my wife / need to get a form signed that children are travelling with DAD and she has no issues?

I am going for good to Canada

1. Yes, you will require a notarized letter from the other parent if you are traveling alone with the children outlining that there are no objection to the children traveling.
