Child with girlfriend - What forms to fill

Ok let be straight to the point!!

I’m a Canadian citizen by birth, married and working full time oversea. I have residences in Quebec and expect to go back to Canada in the next 2 to 3 years.
I have an outside marriage child with my girl friend.
I want my child to have the Canadian citizenship. Do I need to sponsor him? If yes, what forms I need to fill?

I think your case seems to be a bit complicated sice you are still married...and a new girlfried and baby...I suggest in this case you talk with a immigration lawer.
