Hi. I have two children with my canadian girl friend (both kids born in canada) and I use my 6 month visit given to me by immigration because i am a british citizen to live with my gf and kids. I don't realy need to immigrate to canada because my business and all my income comes from Turks and caicos and I remotely work from Canada for extended periods. Is my GF still considered single to CRA? Or are we common law (for CRA purposes) .
