My husband is in Canada & never appeared to me and My daughter for last 1 year of his immigration to Canada.
My daughter's PR Card and passport was also taken my husband.
I am a Student of a Finance Course in Canada, and need to take my Exams. But I cant leave my 6years daughter alone in my home country.
I was the main applicant who has applied PR and supported my husband and daughter's PR.

Since 2016 I could not take my exam , as he is not letting me come to Canada.
Now if I am applying for her duplicate passport, he is threatening on that also. so being a mother what can I do. Niether he gave me passport nor he let me apply for her. I have already wasted my 2yrs of studies. This year I don't want to miss my exams.

Please suggest & provide urgent help.

I'm sorry for your situation.

You need to obtain replacement passports for yourself and your daughter. You should then apply for a Permanent Residency Travel Document so that both of you can return to Canada.

If you cannot apply for a new passport for your daughter without your husband's permission, this is unfortunately something you will have to resolve through the processes or court system of your own country. This isn't a Canadian immigration matter unfortunately. You should speak with a lawyer in your home country to find out how to best resolve this issue.
