Need some advice::
We received our immigrant VISA in Jan 2012 but since wife was expecting..we decided to travel after her delivery and new born childs Visa. My Son was born in March 2012. We applied for his VISA in June 2012. In July we received an email from consulate to send our COPR + Visa replacement Fees + Family passports. We sent all the documents. it was been more than 2 months but havent heard back from consulate after that. We are still waiting for Medical insrtuctions from consulate for my son
Can someone please advice if actually it takes this long to process dependent Child or what are the timelines to process VISA
