Please my child (4yrs) out of status past 90 days (visitor status expired November 2025 we thought it was December 2025 because that was showing on the visa stamp , restoration window closed Jan 2026. We applied for an VV extension in December Application (should have been restoration) was refused and ask to leave Canada and not eligible for restoration. . I’m currently on a work permit and my wife is on maintained status (work permit extensions pending, applied before expiry).
