Child born in April

Hello,

I am about to file the taxes using wealthsimple for the year 2024.

I have information setup but meanwhile we got baby born on April 2025. While filing the taxes do I have to say yes in the question-do you have any dependent?

If I select yes it is asking baby details and in the date of birth I am not able to select 2025.

I already did the birth registration in Ontario and CRA received CCB application as we got email today that application has been received.

I don't know should I say I have dependent child or say no.

I will highly appreciate if anyone knows what to do in this situation. Thank you in advance.

You're filing taxes for the 2024 year so obviously the answer would be no. This is why you cannot select a birth date of 2025.
