Me (and family) are planning to move to another country for few years. We will still be having property (and other) ties in Canada which means, we will most likely be deemed (or factual) residents of Canada and we will be paying income tax on our all international income. What about benefits in such a case, like Child Benefits? Will we be entitled to have child benefits?

You will have to speak to CRA before you leave and they will determine whether you receive CCB. It is not as simple as being a resident for tax purposes. Believe it says you may qualify if you are a resident for tax purposes. If your whole family plans to leave for multiple years there are decent chances you will be denied CCB. The whole point is to help families with the cost of raising children in Canada.
