Not until they are resident in Canada. It also depends on your income for the CCTB. (Canadian Child Tax Benefit) The UCCB (Universal Child Care Benefit) would only apply to the 3 month old.

So you mean once they become resident they can entitle for child tax benefit so the sponsorship agreement which I signed with Govt of Canada to lookafter their financial requirment will not put any effect on their child benefit.
