checklist question and Australia office Timeline

Hi everyone,

I am in the final stages of submitting an outland application for my spouse. I am just wondering on the Application checklist do we write N/A or leave blank ? for example use of represenative and common law declaration form ? should i write N/A or Leave Blank ?

Recently noticing from other people comments, cic is processing the application quickly , Anybody applied for a spouse who lives in Australia ? what is the timeline for it ?

I know it says 10 months in processing time, but in reality what is the actual time ?

Id write na for ease of mind. Thats what i did.

Im applying from oz. Only submitted mine 20ish days ago. Some people from september have only just had additional document requests so seema to be moving at normal speed unlike the speedy processing of recent ottawa and new delhi applicants.

Sydney vo is not a high traffic vo and in the past has been quite quick but not right now it seems.

Who knows though. Every application is different.
