There is a question at top :
Information about previous examination ( to be complete by the sponsor):
The person i am sponsoring was declaredas my spouse or partner and was already examined as a non- accpanying dependent when i applied for a permanent resident visa and did not receive an immigrant visa.(note if you have never applied for a permanent visa , answer no)
In this ques should i answer YES?
As i am applying first time my PR visa and my husband did not include me when he applied his PR visa.
