CHECKLIST NOT COMPLETE - URGENT

Hi everybody
I'd love to get some help here.

This is our story:
Me and my girlfriend are gonna get married on November 14th, 2015 in Ontario, i'm 23 years old and she is 20 years old, no dependent children are involved, i'm an Israeli citizen who visited here and fall in love with her, she is working almost full time and our relationship is truly genuine.
We have been planing a big wedding for 2 months now (we met 5 months ago), we have her family's support and a letter written and signed by her mom indicating that we are living at their house and supported by them. We have lots of photos and will have lots on the wedding night, we have completed the sponsorship application package and we have everything we need except from the following 3 things:

- Indication of status in Canada:
My visitor status ended on july 13th, 2015, i sent an extension application on july 1st, 2015 and still no respond, if they don't respond before the wedding, what should i do?
- Police certificate:
The Israeli police never gives the certificate to the citizen, it sends it directly to the officials asking for it, i ordered one from israel and it'll be sent to immigration in 2 months from now, should i check it on the checklist and write a note for immigration indicating that i ordered it already?
- Option C printout:
My girlfriend has never worked before and started working 4 months ago, she just filled taxes for the first time and it'll take a while till she gets on the CRA system and another while till we get the option c, what should we do?

We want to send the application a day or 2 days after the wedding before they change the laws again, i'd love to hear advices from experienced people here.

1. Explain that you've applied for an extension and include a copy of the fee receipt.

2. Yes.

3. Include a letter explaining that.

Just one question please, when it comes to checking the checklist, what do i do with the things i mentioned? should i check them? or write "Note" on the line? or maybe both?

Thank you so much!! I asked a lawyer for help, he charged me 200$ for the 30 mins consultation then told me he'd fell the papers and take care of the process for 4000$. Your help is saving me this money! I wish i could thank you personally!

I just have another question if you don't mind, it's about form IMM5669, the "schedule A" form, the first line says:

"Indicate whether you are:
- The principal applicant.
- The spouse, common-law partner or dependent child aged 18 years or older than the principal applicant."

I'm the principal applicant of course and i filled the form out, but the other option says "the spouse", does that mean my wife has to fill the same form as well?

The sponsor is not required to fill out any of the applicant forms.

If you don't mind i have another question, as i already said i applied for a visitor visa extension before it expired, now i'm on implied status and probably i'll still be by the time i apply for PR, my question is, when i fill the the forms it asks me to put visitor status start and expiry date, i came here on January, my visa was until July, now its October/November, i put the day i entered but i don't know what date to i should put in the "To" box, i tried the one on july (cuz that's what i know for sure) but it didn't work, what should i put?

You can put the date that you print and sign the form and just explain on an additional sheet.
