Question 5 Employment/source of income.
I am not working at this time and haven't for a while because of Covid. So I know I will check the box not working. But I am living on the family farm helping out and
a roof over my head, food on the table. If I need something it is provided. Do I just explain this to them? Will this affect sponsoring my wife.
Also Do I need to provide my tax return?

As far as I remember the NOA isn't a requirement if you are not working in Canada. But I imagine it will help if you provide it.
What they want from you now that you checked not working in Canada is to provide a full explanation of how you plan to support yourself and the other person. You should be as detailed as possible with important things (like medical bills or medicine or daily living or insurance costs and etc.)

There is not minimum income requirement for sponsoring your partner, but you need to show that they won't end up on social assistance basically.

Include any proof of savings or cash the like that you have access to as a support of your income.

It would also help if there's a letter from the farm owner that they confirm what you say (food is covered, shelter, etc for how long? And that they're okay with providing the same for your partner etc etc.)
