Hello all....does it matter what form of work experience you provide to support your application? On the doc checklist it mentions two options:
- t4 and NOA(cic preferred) OR reference letter and pay stubs.
My question is I submitted a very detailed employment letter and a copy my last pay stub which only shows my earnings in 2014 only (just to prove how much I make/hr as noted in my reference letter). Would this be enough or should I submit a NOA once I receive my AOR?

Thanks

NOA is an important document and should be submitted. You will be asked to submit at some point during your application. In case you cannot provide that, CIC will need as good explanation and your contracts, pay stubs, letters from employers.

Thank very much for your quick reply. One more question, so should I submit my NOA as soon as I receive my AOR? Or should I wait for the VOICE to request it? I was late doing my taxes and planing to get them done today. Also is it bad that I did not include an explanation letter with my package that I will be submitting my NOA later when I receive it?

Submit as soon as you get your AOR. Also, it was not necessary to include a letter for missing NOA when you applied.
