Checking TRV Online

Hello Guys,
I have applied for Visit Visa for my Mother through a consultancy. They gave me the Reference Number and the website: https://www.vfsglobal.ca/CIC-Global-Tracking-Zone2/trackingparam.aspx?P=221$7$44$21$227$195$228$120$228$113$154$114$232$20$203$67$46$76$241$129$92$213$66$207$250$121$32$236$150$1$248$253

and give the Reference number and Date of Birth of my mother it says like: "No details found matching the input values"

What does it means? I am sure I have given the correct Reference number and correct date of birth.

Does it means that they haven't started processing the application? We got the Reference Number on 28-Mar-2018

your Ref Number should be like 20180328INICTRV.... There will be four digits. When You enter it then you have to go Date of Birth Section. Enter DOB. and then go to box where is written I am not a robot. When green line tick comes then press search. You will get application status.

Thanks a lot for your reply. But the Reference Number which I got from my consultant have 5 Digits after 20180328INICTRV.
I am not sure whether they have given me the wrong Ref Number. They are closed today. I will call them on Monday. Thanks a lot for your reply, once again.
