I received my AOR for paper application but I am unable to view the status. Can someone please let me know how can i create account and view my application status.

As you filed paper application you have ECAS - https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do
For ECAS no account is needed.

For new tracker - https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/ you need an account
