A good friend of mine told me his lawyer said that immigration don’t like cheating. Here is the scenario.

You were marry before, during you first marriage you meet your now wife (you cheated) and now you want to sponsor her (the new wife). Is this bad? Will you get denied for this?

i think he didnt mean that kind of cheating. cheating as telling lies to immigration and filling out ur forms with wrong information. u have to tell all the truth cause sooner or later they will find out the truth themselves. and ur marriage has to be real and true. if u really love ur wife then everything should be fine (still depends on many circumstances).

I think any cheating/lying will eventualy catch up with the person......better be honest from day 1.
