cheapest travel insurance for a visitor to canada

Hi All
I am shopping around for a travel insurance for my mother who will be staying with me here in Alberta for about 4 months.
i really have no idea which insurance company is offering best premium rates .
have any one dealed with parentsupervisa.ca they seem to offer a very lower price which made me a bit suspicious .
