I had already my study permit visa for 2 years according to a program in a university in a small, remote and isolated city in British Columbia. I joined this university against my will to achieve the rules of the Canadian Embassy in my country which has specific rules must be followed to guarantee the visa. Now i had it, but my desire from the begging to to live in Montreal, Can any one recommend me some cheap programs in Montreal which leads to the permanent residency through Quebec Provincial Nominee Program. And it will be preferable to be in demand in the labor market there. No matter about the type of the program(certificate, diploma, postgraduate diploma) because no fear of visa refusal because i had the visa any way.
I need an urgent help as i should leave my country within 45 days maximum.
