I want to do studies in Canada but the fee is massive !
Which college will be the cheapest community college in Toronto area ?

Just looking for some random college because it might be cheaper will not help you get a study permit. As expect you know already the course has to be relevant to your existing qualifications so that has to be the starting Point to chose a college. Is an unfortunate fact that international fees are expensive given many colleges see this as a lucrative revenue stream.
