Hmmm ! It's a same reply which every other applicant gets. Are you done with the medical and When did you apply brother ?

Congrats for getting LOA. This is the best time to apply for student permit jan 2012 . In Pakistan the process is for 9 weeks, So here you have enough time. But I don't know from where you are. So first confirm.

sufi correct it ........ CHC Islamabad take 10weeks

Actually, it is for my brother but he didn't do the IELTS
they can process in 10 weeks i don't think so, the fee due on Dec 14, 2011, if i pay the fee and he didn't get the visa then more problem

so i m suggesting him to go for fall session.

any suggestions

i got same reply on 7 sep 2011 at 4 pm in the evening coz my classes started on 7 sept lolz
