CHC new delhi has sent me a letter which I never received. When I enquired about the status and requested to augument the sponsorship application of our child through "CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY" form on their website, they replied me through email. VO called my home becasue time is critical as my spouse PR is expiring after 10 days of my child's medical expiry date? They both have to travel together , if child's file is processed. VO has been communicated this by my spouse over the phone.
They are asking me to fill out IMM 5604 and some photo ID proof.
How can I send this information electronically? -- Reply to the email I received OR use the case specific enquiry form on web site. Has any one used the case specific enquiry form to send requested documents through this web form?
Another question I have is ---
Who has to submit these documents-- my self or my spouse? We both have PR card but I am in canada and my spouse is in India with child. My spouse has signed the part II of the application on behalf of minor child.
