Hi Kim.,
1. You need to rush to change your passport from Hand written to Machine readable passport., as hand written will not be acceptable Now. Apply under Emergency track to get it fast.
2. No need to Exit/Re-Entry.

3. What is your country.

Hi, which original papers are you talking about?
Because CHC only sends back PP with COPR papers only. No other documents are included in it.

It is understood that u need. Machine readable passport and yes i am from saudi arabia.
Now a days even saudi arabia is not stamping visa on hand written passports try tO risk urself at final stage of ur aPplication if u will not do it will slow delay ur process

when you receive your PPR it is written clearly that all names and date of birth MUST be printed in each passport . and CHC is very specific as they mention this condition under passport specifications . even each family member must have his/her own passport . Therefore I fully agree with rising flags that you have to do it ASAP without delay to avoid any unwanted delays .

I suggest you to give it one more week then you can send them an email in case your ecase does not chnage . I always refer to their PPR which is stated clearly " If you have not heared from us after six weeks, you may contact us using email from our website "

I will pray for you and inshallah you will have you ecase next week changed to DM. I know that waiting for 6 weeks without your PP is kind of stressing .

Do not give up hope and inshallah Allah will reward you for your patience .
