Dear Keny,

Congrats for getting ur PPs back. The way CHCs have started delaying PP return, now a days I think, getting the PPs back is a GIANT achievement. I sometimes wonder, was this the quality for which we all opted to move to Canada ??????

Anways I am glad for you dear. Can you please share why it took so long for you to get your PPs back and did you follow up with CHC LDN or CHC AUH to finally make them moving? Also your DM dates are not there if available please give.

Dear chintu ,
thanks for ur warm feeling , really I was so depressed from CHC because they didnt care for the others , i had bad experience with them ,
I sent my passport on 23rd of march and they recieved their on 24th of march acccording to the courier. then I wait 6 weeks according to their letter but no news.I sent an enquiry they answer that we recieve ur passports on april 8th and you should wait for 6 weeks .Ok for me I start counting again 6 weeks and at the same time my work visa in uae is expired in may 20th . Then also no news from them , I wrote an email asking them my passports back no matter what the visa is issued or not becuse i wait 8 weeks and my UAE visa is expired and I will not put my future in uae in risk . Then they answer after 4 days that the visa has been issued and you will recieve ur passport soon .
What CHC is doing is not professional at all , they should stick to the 6 weeks but they did nt care for others they suppose to know that passport is very important document and it should be with us always especially we live in different countries
REALLY .. u said the right words about CHC that it is a challenge to get the passport back .
That is my story , I wish every body will get his passport soon
my Ecas changed on 31 st of may

Yes buddy u said correct

b4 we send mails to CHC asking to make this final visa stamping process in CHC AUH so this delay can be avoided. coz if u apply for a TRV, CHC auh is the one stamping the visa and too in the same day if u submit in person

Hi Keny,

I agree with you that its is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL of CHC to behave in such an adamant way. Your case too was delayed beyond normal levels.

ONe of the reason why we face this is becoz applicants who have gone through this have not taken it up with CHC Strongly. If you see CIC manuals, CHC offices are bound to follow procedures and violations / grievances faced by applicants can be reported to higher authorities. Unfortunately people dont do that which allows high headedness to creep into few VOs/ CHC offices.

KWT18 earlier too struggled to get his passports back. Liferocks, Kayi, Kool_Virgo, you and I too face such delays. And still nobody has taken up the matter with higher authorites at CHC London or CHC Abu Dhabi.
