I would try sending another CSE as you have now been without your passports for 6 weeks and that is the time given on the instruction sheet. They also say that they will not answer any enquiry sent before that time. I don't know about them answering that type of enquiry by phone but you have nothing to lose.

It's been 6 weeks and 2 days that we don't have our pps, however,when i checked ECAS today, it's Decision Made already...is it positive feedback then?can we expect our pps back soon? Thanks!

Decision made status today, PP received LDN on 11th march, decision made 19th march, inshAllah will have my passport stamped with visa soon!
Does anyone have a clue how long it takes after decision made status thanks

We send our passports on 10th Feb, 2013 and London office received it on 11th Feb, 2013 from Kuwait. Now e cas shows decision made, (from 1st week of March) but not yet received the passport back. Our Medical expires on 02nd June, 2013. Why this delay happens, any idea ?

I have ecas decision of decision made since last monday, but have not received the passports yet. Any one who has sent passports to CHC London from Canada? How much time it takes to received passports within Canada?
I would appreciate if someone would provide an estimate timeline even outside of Canada?

Within two working days after decision made Lvo will send it to you, and within three working days it will reach to your hands.

But as far as I know CHC London send Passports by international registered post and not by courier service to countries like Canada. Iam in Canada currently as a student and therefore it may take longer times to reach passports here.
Iam not sure, how long it will take to reach passports here
