From what I understand time frame in AOR is just an estimate, it doesn't anywhere say your case will be approved/denied in 9-12 months. On CIC website it says it could take anywhere from 8 – 14 months but that's only 80% of cases which means there are still 20% that goes over 14 months. So it happens to be Mariah case sadly.

Go ahead and inquire about your case but be ready to get a generic response. Good luck and hopefully your hubby will get his visa soon. In the mean time pray your heart out this month 

SALAM to all n Happy Ramadan,
My wife has sent documents which they require from her.Can i sent them e.mail and want to confirm wether they got it or not.She sent them Via TCS and i checked it on Their(TCS) which show recived by this person on this date? I still curious if i write an e.mail to confirm(CHC-ISB).Have they got my spousal's Documents which they requested frm her.Some time you never know they dont get or Misplace so on like this.Pleas advise me about this concern.

Well i would say let it go dont send email i have sent via TCS too rcvd at CHCISB but i never bothered to sent any email to them i will not be inquiring until the time line is over just relax and pray in the Holy month for your process
