medical expired in july 2014
now waiting for what happens next and when.

My family application was move to isb on 13 Nov 2013 direct to isb but after that no any response from cic isb. I donot know my family application is still in isb or London . I also applied in June, no progress so far, You can email London Visa Office to confirm if your file is there or not.

I am recently married been following u guys from some time its v nice u are all helping each other . I have some quires to make me and my husband will be highly obliged if you could clarify that.

My back ground.
I am in Canada on PR and studying in a university on OSAP and my husband in Pakistan working there we have been married couple of months a go in pak , now i need to sponsor my husband and i have brought all photo copies of his documents with me

1. Can i sponsor my husband as i am not working ?
2. Do i need his original educational documents ?

You can since there is no restriction of income in family class[spouse]

Hi,

As fizz1234 mentioned; there is no income requirement for Spousal sponsorship but you will have to provide documents for financial arrangements that you've made to support your spouse for 3 years; once he arrives in Canada, as per your sponsorship agreement, so you should be able to do that.

but the issue is how am i going to do that ( which documents for financial arrangements ) as i am not working rite now and my father is also working outside Canada .

You can show your household income, bank statement, your husbands bank statement, salary stubs, your tax assessment, T4, If your father is your co-sponsor; you can show his T4, salary stubs, tax assessment, property papers (if any) and bank statement as well.

The rule here is, you have to show your and your husbands financial plan to CIC in order to make them sure that once your husband arrives in Canada and fails to find a job or loses his job or in any way struggle to support himself; he than will not tend to be a burden on Canadian welfare system for 3 years; as per your sponsorship agreement.

Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah my husband got decision made on his case yesterday and today he received his Pass Port with Visa.

We are so over the moon thankful that finally after 4 years all this is done Alhamdulillah.

I left Peshawar Pakistan last Wednesday after the Doctor said I should go home as I could barely walk or sit. It would have made my heart so happy if we could have traveled together In Sha Allah.

I pray everyone receives good news soon from CIC Immigration with their Pass Port and Visa In Sha Allah.

For the ones who have insulted me here well Allah will take care of matters like this.
For everyone who kept me in their prayers may Allah reward you all with Good News Soon In Sha Allah..
I tell you its an amazing feeling to finely see the end of this crazy tunnel, I wish the best for everyone
and may you all receive good news soon In Sha Allah..........
