Polio Vaccination Center for International Travellers - Jinnah Hospital Lahore This centre is dedicated for international travellers from Pakistan to other countries of world. Punjab Government has setup the vaccination centers in many Government hospitals of Punjab. Travellers are advised to visit this center at least 2 to 4 weeks before leaving Pakistan. The procedure is quite simple. You just need to pay the fee (Just 1 Rupee) and get your vaccination. They are providing Oral vaccination. and after it they will issue a certificate to you for International travel which you need to present to Airport authorities at the time of your departure.

thanks for the dua it was recived by Ahmad its been exactly four weeks one day now they recived but havent retuned and that ecas is also in process and i think ecad chges to desion made and then they send back passport

hmm INSHALLAH mine also received by Ahmad , in my scenario when my ecas changed to desision made then they sent me passport request and am waiting still 21 days almost has been passed
though my case is different its not a spouse case

From any civil hospital. But, let me share you my experience. My wife went Canada 15 days ago, we forgot to bring one with us. They were doing this vaccination during the process of boarding etc without any charges. So we didn't face any problem. I am talking about Allama Iqbal International airport, Lahore. The help desk and passenger information centre also confirmed the same, that day that facility is available on airport. You may confirm the same from their help line.

Normally what i have seen in this forum that CHC Islamabad takes maximum 2 days to send passport back to applicant with stamped visa after Decision Made , this is i have observed in spouse cases

Nothing this time; in May-2014 they asked me about Canadian birth certificate of my daughter.

I am also confused that why they didn't ask me about RPCC or some other additional documents.

London office only require medical from me, Gods know better what will be next

Wow and they asked me for my baby canadian passport and her paki birth certificate and a few pix with her. Im confused too k why they hv asked for that!

Actually in my case only my wife name was mentioned on birth certificate as I don't have Canadian Insurance number but later on we made the other birth certificate with my wife and my name. So London office want the explanation and pictures of mine with my daughter so I sent them in end of May,2014 and now I got medical request only...
