Salam and how do you think my husband and I feel we are over that and waitingnow its 38 months and that is because of a stupid Lawyer by the name of Dawood Khan in Peshawar.

So if you know of someone getting their Nikiah by this Lawyer get another Lawyer as he is not registered with the Union Council to sign.

I pray this week we get some positive news In Sha Allah please pray for us In Sha Allah as well as for everyone In Sha Allah

hey everyone, I received a letter from immigration advising my husband to do his re-medical exam and within that letter the visa file number was enclosed..i know its a good thing but how good is it? do we still have a long way to go?
any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Sis, mostly people get ppr request after re medical, nowadays people get ppr request after 3-5 month of medical done.
Pls keep us in ur prayers.

thank you for your response, it was transferred in august 2013 but i got word from my mp that its in ottawa

He got re medical request very quick, have he sent all docs requested in AOR ?

he sent his medical when we started the case..now they requested him to do a analogue chest x-ray..completed medical report chest x-ray requisition and report form (page 6 and 7 of imm5419) and duly completed re-assessment form ..we got the letter on thursday

Y they didn't did chest xray before ? Is everything ok with his chest ? Y they request like this ?

no clue...thats y i want to know if its normal procedure or not..but my co-worker said said had to get it done too
