Hi guys,


I was wondering if any of you can help me out here....

I applied for my husband's PR in June 2013... And now I would like to apply for a Visit Visa for him... Btw I'm sponsoring him from Afghanistan.... He does have a decent travel history and also has a decent job.

I checked with my lawyer and he was saying that my husband should go to the visa office in Islamabad and apply.... Has anyone done that or is everybody applying online?

Its not a good idea to apply for notes now, i think its your 6th month you applied for the PR? minimum we should wait for 1 year then apply for notes i applied March 2013 didn't order notes now ......

it takes about 4 to 6 weeks to receive back your passport with visa stamped.

AOA, I saw on cic that they increased the time for PAK and its 32 months now, so is it for new applicants or its for everyone? also my its been 11 months since I submitted my file and so far nothing is happening, I heard that cic can make contact after 8 9 months?
