i just wanted to ask you guys how many of you have applied in the month of june, 2012 and got re-medical in june, 2013 there was a small scenario happened at that re-medical time i will share my time line

15 June, 2012 (transferred to isb)
28 June, 2013 (re-medical)
July 1st, 2013 (re-medical -done)

July 7th , 2013 received another letter saying need to get the re-medical going back and forth didn't get any answer why the third medical was required then i contacted the city MP after 1 week he told me that they have received the medical it was electronically error they you received the letter twice 1st email was from isb to get the medical and then the second was from "Delhi,India" and so far MP says its in the process but you guys think its going to affect the process time................

Maybe for you. I applied notes x3 never had prove anything got my notes on time. Each time, just last one was a few days late. Plus notes were full and complete.

proof is needed. I didnt get mine until I attached proof.

I just got my gcms notes back. The security and criminality checks have due dates of July 2013. Its November now, still no update (notes still say not started), has anyone else seen the same discrepancy?

When does Eligibility, Security and Criminality checks take place, before or after re-med?

Are there July 2012 cases getting re-med requests?

I got my notes, still trying to figure out how to understand them! Where do I find the due dates? My notes say that they attached my updated proof that I sent a few months ago and that I did inquiry from MP's office (so I guess they do ask).

Nothing's been started and in terms of the "due date" it's basically a year from the original file transfer date but nothing ever happened on that date..

just seen disfrust timelines and concluded that remed peoples of May,June, July 2013 will get PPR after 6 months,
so in my case our PPR will due after 15th december-2013, rest ALLAH knows well

My spouse eligibility started after remed. Before that it always stated not started. Now it says in process. I had due dates for initial review and if i remember correctly, they started to process, a month after or so. However, after initial review they never put a due date.

My notes were pretty empty the 1st time i ordered them. It was just the third time, when the officers exactly wrote something. Yes mp do check about file (they just ask). Usually, after remed notes become more full with comments. (For my case it was like this)...

If your going for an interview here is a few suggestions I copied from an appeal board In Sha Allah

I have a few suggestions...
Only speak when spoken to, answer questions directly... don't give them a story... they want direct answers not more not less....be confident..... make good eye contact and be aware of your body language... (sit forward in your chair and hands on the desk in front of you) If you don't understand something, ask them to rephrase it and get clarification.... if they say something that bothers you... don't get angry, but be firm in your answer. Always expect the unexpected... be prepared for any question..... its a good idea to review everything from you past to present in you life with your husband.... I wish you luck and let us know how it goes!

I received this letter from the Minister of Immigration yesterday:



I am replying to your e-mail of September 5, 2013, addressed to Mr. Chris Alexander, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, concerning the status of your husband’s application for permanent residence.
