i know i applied in oct 2012 got approved in nov 2012 and file went to isl in june 2013. what a waste of time

Nah it was in Isl when I last checked.

yea exactly. but this is weird. picking files up randomly and sending them to London office. maybe everyone should apply for notes to find out what exactly is going on. or talk to MPs to figure out why are mid 2012 files being sent to London when they are just waiting for PPR and remed ..

so what stage is ur file at? are they satisfied with ur marriage? are the background checks in process? is the file open? do you know when your file was transferred to Isl?

in my notes is says that file open. security check is not started yet.
and few weeks ago i heard that visa offisers refused to go to chc I in pakistan for country situation thats why they are distributing files to london and new delhi.
if there is any one else who's file transfered to london or new delhi from 2012. raise your hands.

File open. No remed yet. Alot of the sections regarding the checks were deleted and the email also said that due to security purposes some info is hidden. So im assuming they dont give us info abt security and criminality checks until they r completed. My due date was nov in my nxt notes tht ill be applying for nxt week im hoping for some progress

so I'm looking at the PR times according to offices.
under the spouses and partner section from July 2012 to June 2013 it says " all points of service: 6 10 17 , what does that mean?

in Islamabad's line it says 20% 16, 50% 21, 80% 31
total cases: 2019

does that mean it takes 16 months to finish 20% of cases and 21 months to finish 50% and 31 months to finish 80%?

i was reading this thread, saw many cases delayed for more than 2 years or 3 years, its drastic situation

i need guidance, i am planning to go back to Pak for marriage and then will go for sponsorship of wife.
but now its confusing by seeing the time line of spousal sponsorship visa. can u guide me whaat to do?

1- do same like u ppl are doing go for marriage and apply for sponsorship for wife?
2- Go to Pak and marry there but try for student visa for spouse and when she arrive here then marry here according to Canadian rules and then apply for her sponsorship INLAND?
3- Go to Pak, marry there and then she come here on Visit visa and then marry here again?

4- DONT MARRY................

i think take a flower and then see what is the out come.
